Guides, vehicles, bikes, shuttles, luggage, most of that lives across separate spreadsheets and someone's memory. Odyssey 2.0 looks two to three weeks ahead and puts together a first-cut roster, guides and vehicles matched to the right tours based on who's available and who's suited to the trip. It does the same for your bike fleet, checking sizes against bookings and working out how to shuffle the rest of the fleet to free one up. All of it runs on the operational detail that actually holds a multi-day trip together: manifests, seven-day views, dietary requirements for every guide's group.

Most of the time, getting a straight answer out of your data means learning a report builder or exporting to a spreadsheet and building it yourself. With Odyssey 2.0 you just ask, in plain language, show me a graph of cycling and hiking bookings for June, and it builds the chart, the table, or the pivot table on the spot.
