Step 1: Discovery (Jan – Feb)

Step 2: Customised Demo (Feb – March)

No generic walkthroughs. We’ll show you a live demonstration of Odyssey configured to solve the exact "key concerns" identified in your discovery phase.

Step 3: Proposal & Contract (April-May)

We provide a transparent breakdown of your implementation timeline and investment, ensuring the platform scales with your specific tour volume.

The Value: You get an actual price for a system tailored with the modules you need, allowing you to build the investment directly into your financial planning. There are no upfront costs on contract signing. Payment is due on system delivery.

 

Step 4: System Build  (The Busy Season through to October)

This is the Odyssey advantage. While you are out on the road focused on your guests, our team takes over. We handle the system setup and data migration in the background. All you need to do is provide us with sample data sets and email templates in your current format.

The Value: fully scalable system ready for deployment.

 

Step 5: Rollout (October-November)

As your season concludes, we transition you onto the platform and train your staff while the pressure is off. Your staff then refine your Master templates before going live to ensure they match your brand. You’ll start your "admin season" with a streamlined, automated system ready for next year's bookings.
